Lost Index.html

The Index.html file has disappeared from the file tree on the left of my Workspace. I had to delete my image files, re-size and re-upload them and I think I must have deleted the file by mistake although I have no idea how I could have done it without noticing! Have I just gone and lost all the html work I have done?

Sadly yes, but if you go to the next video they usually have all the code you would have typed from the previous video. Also try to learn Git repositories safest way to back up your work
