Python Python Basics (2015) Python Data Types String concatenation

Make a new variable named subject that concatenates (uses the + sign) the string "Treehouse loves" and your name var

Need help

strings.py
name="ford"
subject+=("Treehouse loves{}"(name))

1 Answer

This should fulfill the need to use + in your solution.

subject = "Treehouse loves " + name

OR the other approach without + should work outside this challenge.

subject = "Treehouse loves {}".format(name)

It doesn’t work for me
