JavaScript Asynchronous Programming with JavaScript Asynchronous JavaScript with Callbacks Implement a Callback

map method

I'm confused on what the "person" object is used for.

json.people .map( person => { get.JSON(wikiUrl + person.name);

Can someone break this section down for me?

The "person" here is the parameter of the callback function. It will be set to refer to each of the "people" (one at a time) as the function iterates through them.
