how can i round a number downward as asked by the question bellow:

Open an alert dialog a second time and display the temperature variable rounded downward to the nearest integer (hint: down is toward the "floor".)

Math.floor() will drop a number down to the nearest integer, regardless of the decimal point. I.e., both Math.floor(37.2) and Math.floor(37.99999) will both return 37.

You almost had it, just replace "roundfloor" with "floor"

alert(Math.floor(temperature));
