May someone helps me to check what's wrong with my code?

Don't know where went wrong...

disemvowel.py
def disemvowel(word):
    word = list(word)
    vowel = 'aeiou'
    for i in word:
        if i in vowel or i in vowel.upper():
            word.remove(i)
    return ''.join(word)

for loops operate incorrectly if the collection under iteration is changed within the loop. One fix is to operate on a copy by adding the slice notation:

    for i in word[:]:

You might consider expanded the vowels string to explicitly include uppercase vowels instead of regenerating the uppercase version ever time through the loop.
