Meta tag

I am being asked to set the character set for the page and my code is: <meta charset = "UTF-8"> It is being rejected and telling me "Remember to set the character set." Isn't that what "UTF-8" is? Thanks for the help

"UTF-8" is a value of an attribute "charset" in the "meta" tags.

So, it should look like this:

<meta charset="UTF-8">
