Missing anchor points in Photoshop cc

Am wondering if anyone can help me with something else. At 1.15 when Allison draws the circle i sides the orange and the Bessie's. I only seem to have a round Bessie and four anchor but no horizontal or vertical anchor points that control the radius of the circle. Is there a way around this at the moment I am just trying to adjust the height and width.

You need to make sure the Direct Selection tool is selected, and not the Path selection tool. Right-click the tool and chose Direct Selection tool (this shows a light coloured pointer).

Then click on the shape to see the adjustment handles.

Hope that helps
