So the method didSelectRowAtIndexPath is not in the newer version of Xcode. I wonder if I should create that method, or there is another default method that I can use.

42,016 Pointsyes you need to implement that method yourself. In previous versions of xcode it was generated automatically for you by xcode for tableView controllers. That is not the case in xcode 5. you can implement it yourself by typing
- (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView didSelectRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath {
}
in your implementation file. then just fill that in with whatever the instructor puts there

42,016 Pointsalso, when you start typing the method xcodes intellisense will bring up some possible options for you to pick so you dont have to type the whole thing out. Be sure you pick didSelectRowAtIndexPath and not didDeselectRowAtIndexPath
