A little bit of guidance please.

What should I learn first for Android mobile app development?

Should I go for C#? or Should I go for Objective C? or Should I go for Java?

For Android Java, optionally C# if u want build apps through Xamarin

I'd say do the first 2 courses in the Java track. If you've got the time it wouldn't hurt to do the whole Java track, but at least do the first 2 courses.

There's a track for that: Beginner Android Development.

Go through that track until you feel like you've learned enough to do what you want to do. And go back to it when you want to learn more. It will also lead you to other resources that will be helpful.
