Multiply Function with *args

The following code doesn't seem to work. Could anyone explain why?

twoples.py 
def multiply(*nums):
    total = 1
    for num in nums:
        total *= nums
    return total

Hey, it isn't working because of the total *= nums line. You need to multiply total by num rather than nums in your loop. ;) very close.
