My android device isn't appearing under 'manage devices'.

Hello,

I'm trying to use my android device to run my android apps. I have the google USB and OEM drivers installed, but my device still wont appear.

-I did install the OEM drivers first, probably not a good idea. -I'm trying to use a LG G2 as a device.

Please help!
