my appears right, what did i miss here?

i think ive written this correctly or very close. may be a bug. not sure

Hi Logan,

You are on the right track but notice where you have written the content "Portfolio", "About", and "Contact." You have them inside the opening anchor tags, adjacent to the href value.

They need to be in between the anchor tags:

         <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
