The challenge starts off with code that does not include html tags. Removing these tags will pass the challenge.
While this next issue is not an error in the challenge, the last key/value pair in the array should not have a trailing comma since no other items are proceeding it.
Edit: While browsing php.net, I found an example they use where the final key/value pair has a trailing comma. Omitting this comma still works, and in other languages this trailing comma will be an error.
