My code works, what is wrong?

My code works in my practice workspace, what is wrong with the code here? Do I need a exception catch? The challenge is to accept a string and if the string is too long print an error saying so and vice versa if its too short. If the value is 5 return True.

def just_right(String):
    if len(String) > 5:
        print("Your string is too long")
    elif len(String) < 5:
        print("Your string is too short")
    else:
        return True

Your code is right, but the code challenge is asking for you to return the string instead of printing it.

def just_right(str_value):
    if len(str_value) < 5:
        return "Your string is too short"
    elif len(str_value) > 5:
        return "Your string is too long"
    else:
        return True
