My function works in Workspaces, but doesn't in challenge. Why?

I added the testing if statements, which i used to test my function in Workspaces.

squared.py 
def squared(arg):
    try:
        return int(arg) ** 3
    except ValueError:
        return str(arg) * len(str(arg))

if squared(5) == 125:
    print("5->125")

if squared("5") == 125:
    print("'5'->125")

if squared("Hi") == "HiHi":
    print('Works with "Hi"')

Just found out that i don't see the difference between square and cube. :)

I'll keep it here as a reminder for myself to read with attention.
