HTML How to Make a Website Styling Web Pages and Navigation Style the Portfolio

my images are still massive and i can't get them to go side by side

can some please help

This may be too late but did you type "image" instead of "img" in your CSS file? I had the same issue until I realized this error.

img { max-width: 100%; }

I had it as image and the pictures remained very large and did not appear to go side-by-side. This fix corrected the issue.

Don't forget to use the id tag when styling your gallery and gallery list items (#gallery).
