My overflow show the vertical scroll, why?

Overflow: auto; is not supposed to show a fixed scroll bar, yet mine shows the vertical scroll bar by default, why?

As far as i'm aware, overflow: auto allows scroll bars when necessary. I think you want to set overflow to hidden if you don't want any scroll bars.
