CSS How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adjust the Profile Page and Header

My site is not adjusting to smaller size resolutions, it gets more compact.

both of you media queries target min-widths. Min-width targets screen widths that size and bigger. You probably want max-width

Save time. Use Bootstrap or Foundation. If you want to get really good look at Singularity. Frameworks will help you publish apps and sites faster. If you think about it unless you create your own framework you'll be spending a lot of time on calculations. Another great timesaver is Yeoman.

That's a good idea when you are actually trying to produce something. In fact, it's what I did for my own wordpress theme now running my blog, but...
