One tiny issue, the table headings don't correspond with the data. Suggested replacement:

    <tr>
        <th>#ID</th>
        <th>Name</th>
        <th>Track</th>
        <th>Achievements</th>
        <th>Delete</th>
    </tr>

Stunning job overall, I particularly liked the use of "prompt" for both prompting and displaying the response.
