JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Working With Numbers Doing Math

My solution - slightly tailored

I'm not great with math, so I needed to break it down just a little more so that I could follow the logic.

I added a new variable:

var daysPerYear = 365;

Then I thought it'd be neat to prompt the user to enter their own age:

var userAge = prompt("How old are you?");

Then, I created a new variable to do the math separately:

var secondsAlive = secondsPerMin * minsPerHour * hoursPerDay * daysPerYear * userAge;

This way, I can keep my document.write statement a bit leaner and easier to read:

document.write("I have been alive for more than " + secondsAlive + " seconds!");
