HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Use the Navigation Element

My work station is automatically applying txt/code when I'm working.

When I try to enter code between existing code. When I hit / backlash button. How do I make it where it will not autofill.

Hi David,

These settings are different from IDE to IDE. What's the name of the program are you using to code your HTML?

The autocompletion feature is usually a helpful feature, it will save you time coding and also help you by closing the tags in order so you don't forget. Normally in the preferences section of the app you are using you should find how to turn it on and off.
