690 PointsIt's probably your browser - I believe that color preview doesn't work when using FireFox, but should work with the other browsers. I'm stuck with FireFox where I work, so I can't test other browsers, but I remember seeing someone else answer a similar question saying Chrome, Safari and Explorer work for previews.
