my_list.remove(True)

I am trying to remove True from this list but it doesn't work. Can someone explain it ? Thanks,

Code is below

my_list = [5, 2, 1, True, "abcdefg", 3, False, 4]

my_list.remove(True)

Apparently remove performs implicit type recasting for it's comparisons, so True and the number 1 are interchangeable. Since the number comes first, it gets removed.

:point_right: Probably the only way to remove the True first is with: del my_list[3].
