HTML How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adjust the Profile Page and Header

Navigation bar floats away from the center and is not aligned

After adding on the responsive css, my nav bar starts to float around to the right side of the screen when it exceeds the breakpoint of mobile devices (mine was set to 550px); tried nav{white-space: nowrap; }and it didn't work. Here's my code:

nav { text-align:center; padding: 10px 0; margin: 20px 0 0; }

nav ul { list-style: none; margin: 10px 10px; padding: 0; }

nav li { display:inline-block; }

nav a { font-weight:800; padding: 15px 10px; }
