Hi Osman. I see a couple of issues: First, you are declaring the 'button' variable twice. You can either remove the first line entirely, or remove the 'let' from the second declaration of 'button'. The other thing is that you do not define your 'input' variable so your javascript program has no way of fetching it's value.

Change your second line to:

let input = document.querySelector('input');

and you should be all set :) Checking for errors in the console will help you find the root of future problems like these.
