How do I post a code, it won't let me copy and paste, is there a special way to do it? thanks in advance.

If you look at the bold text just before the post answer you will see in the "Markdown Cheatsheet" click on it to see formatting rules.

you should wrap your code with ``` and to add syntax highlighting just add the language name after

css .selector {color: red}
