The echo statement that you have for the book and isbn is correct but you've accidentally placed it in the head
section of the html document. You were supposed to update the echo statement within the foreach loop.
See the comment:
<?php foreach($books as $isbn => $book) { ?>
<li><?php echo $book; ?></li> <!-- update this echo statement to include the isbn -->
<?php } ?>
Also, somehow you accumulated an extra closing php tag in the following line:
?>?><html>
This might not throw off the challenge but it shouldn't be there.
