I can't figure what is wrong with my code?

def add(n1, n2):
  try:
  n1_float =  float(n1) 
  n2_float = float (n2) 
  return n1_float + n2_float
except ValueError:
  return None
else:
  return n1_float + n2_float

There is nothing wrong, you just have to have your code correctly indented. This should work:

def add(n1, n2):
  try:
    n1_float = float(n1) 
    n2_float = float(n2) 
    return n1_float + n2_float
  except ValueError:
    return None
  else:
    return n1_float + n2_float
