Which part of the question are you struggling with? How to find the the methods to: lowercase a string, uppercase a string, titlecase a string, reverse a string? Each of these is trivial to find with a google search.
Or are you struggling with tuples? Practically speaking, tuples are like lists but enclosed in parentheses instead of square brackets. So, for example, if I had the following values: "hello", 12345, 3.14 and I wanted to return them as a tuple I would write:
return ("hello", 12345, 3.14)
