Need help with this!

How do I call the index of the dict outside the function. I know it's a very basic question, but I'm trying to understand :[

    "Python Basics": {"Python", "functions", "variables",

I don't know what it means to "call the index of the dict". Could you rephrase that?

Also, all the work for this challenge will be done inside functions.
