To look up the documentation about the str class's upper method, I'd use help().

12,864 PointsNo big deal, friend! It's a little confusing to use the python help system at first because...well....I dont think a lot of other languages do it that way! lol.
But it is very helpful. Everything below can be done in the teamtreehouse workspaces console after typing python, pressing enter, and then waiting for the ">>>" to appear)
So the following will show you how to seek help on the "str" term.
help(str)
And the following will show you how to look at the "upper" method of the "string" class or function or whatever the proper terminology is.
help(str.upper)
As a side note, I dont think you need quotes in the help function at all. It looks like it works either way. :)
