CSS How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Style the Basic Elements

Need help with this one. Its getting to me

Select the element with the ID "logo" and center the text using text-align.

You should see something like the following:

<div id="logo">

To target the ID element in your css you need to use the Hash or Pound symbol for example if I had something with the ID my-picture:

#my-picture {
     colour: blue;
     width: 50%;
}

If you need more help just ask.

You can target ID elements with the # symbol. So, for this case it would be:

            #logo {
                 text-align: center;
              }
