New Todo Item is added twice

Hi, when I add something using New Todo Item button it adds the same this twice but only the second one has edit button

I wonder if this might not just be your template. Could you be potentially outputting the item name twice since there is only one edit button? Maybe share your index.html.erb file to the thread so everyone could review it?
