No anchor for footer images?

Hey! So I'm new to CS, and I was just wondering why the previous images (image 1,2,6,12,etc) were anchored under section but why the images for the footer (Facebook, twitter, etc) weren't anchored (didm;t have the ). I'd appreciate any answers! :)

Not sure I understand. At about the 3:00 mark in the video, Nick adds the tags to the twitter and facebook icons. Is this what you are referring to?

Sorry - I watched the end of the video and then found out that he did anchor the links. Thanks for the reply though!
