As someone with both a Mac and a windows PC I've followed along with both installation videos, and was curious as to why we didn't include node.js in the mac version

25,370 PointsI'm guessing the reason he installed it on Windows is because it's needed to download some of the dependencies, but IDK, I don't use Windows for development. On Mac however, there is 0 need for you do download Node when dealing with Ruby/RoR. Which is why he didn't include it in the download tutorial.
