no option for Target value?

so i downloaded it from the developer site. and its telling me that i have to have the HAXM running for x86 systems. so i made sure i downloaded it from the AVD and its still saying its not installed. so i googled it and found this.. http://developer.android.com/tools/devices/emulator.html#acceleration which basically tries to walk me through getting everything installed and it asks me to insert the target value when creating the virtual device.. which i even remember the guy in the video doing it. (remember i have a different version, the most recently updated one. Andorid Studi0 1.1.0)

i may be headed down the wrong path but if anyone has any help that would be great.
