None of my files will upload when I drag it to the darkened area.

I'm using a PC on Chrome. Any suggestions?

Same here

I am also using Chrome, I just created the New folder and then dragged it to the folder. It is a little faster that way, the new html file I created to play with and type notes on html things I forgot went to the root/base directory. You can watch further in the video to see what he uses before creating the folder or just rename it later.

You could try file > upload file.

If that doesn't work, you can contact Treehouse Support as this is more of a technical question.
