Looking at some of the other comments from the past, I'm not alone. Kenneth just flies through his demos pretending like everything he does is obvious to the viewer, when it isn't. By the time I got to the code challenge, I simply gave up. What a waste.

231,198 PointsStudents vary in reaction to Kenneth's style, some find it challenging, some find it awesome, and for many it's a bit of both.
Not everyone learns at the same pace, as you have discovered. But the value of video instruction is that you can pause as often and for as long as you need, plus you can slow down the presentation speed using the control bar below the video.
I've found the speed control most helpful, with some instructors I slow it down and with others I speed it up. And pausing will certainly be needed if you're following along using the workspace.
