Not all files there after download and unzip DesktopServer

When I Download and UnZip DesktopServer, the Xampplite folder only has two folders within - apache and blueprints. There is no launch icon even after I install. I am using Windows 10 and I have tried all 3 available versions on the DesktopServer site. I have 3rd part anti-virus software installed but I am not getting any notifications during download or install that things are being removed.

I was able to resolve this by using a new unzip software
