COURSES is a dictionary, where each key is a course, and the corresponding value is a set of topics that the course covers. You may iterate over the dictionary and perform whatever set math you would like on the set of topics.
def covers(topics):
results = []
for course, course_topics in COURSES.items():
# course_topics is the set which you can use for this question
return results
