Not sure how to log every number between 4 and 156. :(

I cant figure out what code goes in between the curly brackets of the for loop. Can someone please explain the what and the why? I'm not sure I understand this concept ...yet.

for( var i = 4; i <= 156; i += 1){

console.log(test);

Your for loop is setup fine to do what you need it to do. You just need to log the loop variable (also known as a semaphore). 

for(let i = 4; i <= 156; i++){
  console.log(i)
}
