Not sure what I am missing here. It looks correct to me.

Even with other peoples examples they appear to be the same. Am I missing some little detail?

It looks like you have a typo:

const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph = document.createElement('p');
newParagragh.className = "panel";

change to 

newParagraph.className = "panel";

You just have a typo.

You wrote "newParagragh" (ending in "gh") instead of "newParagraph" (ending in "ph").
