Not sure what to do here. I set the #gallery id with max-width: 45%;

Where am I wrong?

css/main.css
a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color: #32673f;
}

h1 {
  font-family: β€˜Changa One’, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em;
  font-weight: normal;
}

#gallery{
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
  max-width: 45%;
}

If you are working on task 3 of 4 of code challenge:Make a CSS gallery... then.

The challenge is wanting you to select the list items nested inside the gallery. Float them to the left and set the width to 45%.

gallery li{

float: left; width: 45%; }

Thanks

I figured the answer out :D

it simply asked you to set the width of the list items in the gallery to 45% :

img {
  max-width: 100%;
}

#gallery
{
  margin: 0;
  padding:0;
  list-style: none;
}

#gallery li
{
  float: left;
  width: 45%;
  margin: 2.5%;
  background-color: #fff;
  color: #eee;
}
