not sure why editor kept saying "couldn't find 'sillycase'"?

attached is my code, when checking work the editor kept showing the "can't find sillycase" message, why?

sillycase.py 
def sillycase(string):
    half = round(len(string)/2)
    first_half = string[:half].lower()
    second_half = string[half:].upper()
    return(frist_half+second_half)
