Your last statement is wrong, the task 3 says: "Append the contact hash to the contact_list array." So you have to call some method from contact_list passing contact as parameter. Hint: http://ruby-doc.org/core-2.2.0/Array.html#class-Array-label-Adding+Items+to+Arrays
