you can write c programs on windows, but not in xcode. if you want to develop iOS apps you really need a mac though.

Mac required unfortunately. Unless you can virtual machine Apple OS?

That would violate apples TOS unfortunately. There are ways around using a Mac but from what I've seen it's a hassle.
