The left sidebar is still the Home, Tracks, Library... how do I get the html.index sidebar to open?

I usually use either Monosnap or the built in screenshot capability that Mac OS X ships with (combined with uploading it to Dropbox).
To post your code, you can refer to this How-to Guide. Basically, though, you can copy and paste what you typed so that folks can read it for you.
