on stage 3 on creating html content...i keep gettting a error about the word portfolio. <li>portfolio</li> why?

do not understand why i keep getting a error on something so easy. thank you

I believe the error exist because you are not starting each of your list items with a capital letter.

<li>Portfolio</li>
<li>About</li>
<li>Contact</li>

Maybe you should write it like this

<li>Portfolio</li>

without the " "

if you want to create link in navigation try ```<li><a href="index.html">portfolio</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">about</a></li>
