I keep getting this useless message that task 1 is not passing. How to fix this?

Well you don't need two for loops, one is enaugh. It should look something like this.
<?php
for($i = 1; $i <= 100; $i++) {
// Just echoing numbers from 1 to 100
echo $i;
// If there is a key that matches, display the value AFTER the number
if(isset($facts[$i])) {
echo $facts[$i];
}
// Added this line to read better in "Preview" Tab
echo "<br>";
}
?>
