open in sublime text 2?

Hey, I'm trying to open the terminal file in the sublime text program but first of all i can't find the folder with all the files, after i've written "rails new name" and gotten all the info, So since i can't find the folder that terminal/rails creates here i save the terminal file and open that in sublime, but then i don't get the folders on the left side, like the "app" and "config" and so on. I have no idea what I'm doing in this sublime program so please help! TY

If you are in terminal and you created a rails app and you want to know where is it located you need to type "pwd". That should show you the path ..something like this : /Users/Anders/Documents/my_app Then you can navigate via finder and drag and drop the app to sublime. Or mate . (dot means current directory)
